Days & Hours of Operation

The school is open Monday to Friday, from September to June.

Morning classes operate 9:00am to 11:30am

Afternoon classes operate 12:30pm to 3:00pm

Families may choose 2, 3, 4, or all 5 days depending on availability

We also offer an extended day when available. Children that attend the morning class then may stay for lunch and also attend the afternoon classes. This program is geared for children that no longer need a nap.

For an additional fee, we offer a lunch program where children may stay for the lunch hour (11:30am to 12:30pm). Lunch is provided by the parent. Children may attend on a regular basis or drop in occasionally.

In September, parent/teacher meetings will occur during the week after Labour Day. Gradual entry for the children will begin the following week.

The preschool typically follows the Richmond Public School holiday schedule, i.e. Christmas, Easter, Spring Break and all statutory holidays. In June the preschool typically closes one week prior to the public school.

The staff at the preschool may possibly take 4 professional development days within the school year.
