Fees
When you register your child, you will be expected to pay a $45.00 non-refundable registration fee plus an advance fee which is determined on how many days your child
attends. The advance fee will be applied to your child's last month. Fees are to be paid the first of each month.
These fees can be paid three ways:
- All at once with one payment September to May (your advanced fee will be applied to June)
- Two cheques: Sept - Dec & Jan - May
- 9 monthly instalments in the form of post-dated cheques payable on the first day of each month
Note: a service charge of $20.00 will be applied for any cheques not honoured by the bank
In order to withdraw from the program up to March 31st of the current school year, the manager of the preschool must receive a written notice at the first of the month, one full month before expecting to withdraw (i.e. if you wish to withdraw beginning in January you must have a written notice on or before November 1st). Without a full month notice, parents will be expected to pay the fees for an additional month. After March 31st fees for April, May and June become non-refundable.
Monthly Fee Schedule for 2011-12 School Year
$45.00 registration fee (non-refundable)
- 1 day per week: $80.00
- 2 days per week: $140.00
- 3 days per week: $200.00
- 4 days per week: $260.00
- 5 days per week: $295.00
- 1 day per week: $60.00
- 2 days per week: $120.00
- 3 days per week: $160.00
- 4 days per week: $200.00
- 5 days per week: $240.00
I.e.: to register your 4 year old for three days a week, you will need to pay $45.00 registration fee + $160.00 advance fee for three days = $205.00.
If you would like your child to stay for lunch the additional fee will be $7.00 per session.
